Be Happy
After we are discussion about stress, anxiety and depression factor-factors. Right now we are gonna be talking about how to reduce of all that, we can doing self healing to forget of all our problem. When i get and feels stress, anxiety and depression comes out to me at the same time, i will do my own self healing for example, im listening music, playing music instrument such as im playing guitar, keyboard, drum, reading the books, or spending my time at outside with my friends. if you feel it doesn't work then try to take time to relaz your mind and your boy (sleep). Because you have been through many things on every day, so you are at that the peak of saturation, therefore you have to find a way of self-healing for yourself when it all comes back to you.
When you have passed in everything, you will be a happy person. Lets starts to change our mindset and just see the beautiful things in this world. To be a happy person is easy, we are only need to be grateful for what we have gone through and what we have now. I know its hard to living life isnt asy, but we always succed to get through it. You know why, it's because of power our mind, if we think that we will be succeed then we will be succeed. how our brain works through our thoughts and then we will feel it. For example if our mind just there one word is im feel stressed out now and my heart will be respond our mind, its gonna be feels sad, useless, disappointed and others. So if we are want to be a happy person, you should thinking a beautiful things or memories and your heart its will be feels happy, grateful and other to reduce of stress, anxiet and depression. The last Things is never forger to do things whatever you love, also whatever you want. Dont to be too hard on yourself. If you feels im tired just take a rest and lets chill for relax also never thinking something with negative and never blame yourself its okey if you have been done mistake things
The conclusion : To reduce of stress, anxiety and depression, you are only need to change your mind to be a beautiful things from sadness also do things whatever you love. The last is get some restful when you are feel tired, never think something with negative, never blame yourself.
